1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using hologrowth.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Site. These Terms apply only to the Site and its content - client engagements are governed by separate signed agreements.
2. What We Do
HoloGrowth provides growth advisory and growth-infrastructure services to direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands. Engagements start with the Profit Clarity Audit, a paid 14-day diagnostic, preceded by a free Profit Clarity Strategy Call. The terms, pricing, guarantees, and scope of any engagement are defined in the engagement agreement you sign - not by this website.
3. Applications and Calls
Submitting an application or booking a Profit Clarity Strategy Call creates no obligation on either side. We review applications by hand and may decline where we don't see a fit. The Strategy Call is free; no payment is collected on this Site.
4. Results and Testimonials
Case studies and testimonials on this Site describe real partners and are published with permission. They reflect those partners' specific situations and are not a promise of your results. Your results depend on your product, market, economics, and execution. Where an engagement carries a guarantee (such as the audit's Safety Net), the exact terms are stated in the engagement agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content (text, frameworks, design, and media we created) belong to HoloGrowth. Client names, logos, and recorded interviews belong to their respective owners and appear with permission. You may reference our content with attribution; you may not republish substantial parts of it commercially without written consent.
6. Acceptable Use
Don't misuse the Site: no scraping at scale, no attempting to breach security, no using our forms to send spam, and no misrepresenting your identity in an application.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party services (for example YouTube, Trustpilot, and LinkedIn). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" for general information. They are not financial, legal, or tax advice. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoloGrowth's total liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to $100. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not govern client engagements, which have their own agreed terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, where HoloGrowth is registered. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
